Gerbera breeder Florist has changed its statutory name and seat. The former name Kwekerij Florist De Kwakel BV has been replaced by the name Florist Holland B.V. Although the trade name Florist Holland B.V. will be implemented, the Kwekerij Florist De Kwakel BV name remains active during the transition phase. The company has also relocated its statutory seat from De Kwakel to Aalsmeer, Netherlands.
The reason for the name change is the renewal of the statutes and the strengthened international character of Florist. Only the name will change. Florist Holland B.V. is and remains a specialist in breeding, selection and propagation of gerbera cut flowers and pot plants.
